Work on a task and close it1. Open an incident. 2. Click the "Tasks" tab. (click on the image to see a larger one) 3. Select the task and click "View". The Task form appears. 4. Click the "Work Info" tab and fill out the information. 5. Select the appropriate "Status". 6. Select the appropriate "Status Reason". 7. Click "Save". |
