View a Service Request

1. From the "My Requests" table, select the request record that you want to view. 

2. View some details of the record in the "Request Details" section.

3. View current status of your request from the "Status" Field.

4. Click "View" at the left bottom corner to display the record.

You can see the assignee of your request ("Assignee" field) and current status of your request ("Status" field).
