"Service Desk" Tool UpdateDirect email communication available via "Service Desk" Tool
For Support Staff, you could now send email directly to your ticket requester via "Service Desk" tool, read the instructions here. For ticket requester, you could now directly reply to your support staff's email sent from the "Service Desk" tool. Your email reply will be automatically added to the "Work Info" section of the ticket. Please keep incident number intact in the Subject field of your email reply.
New "Service Desk" forms plan to go live during the week of 8/31The old form "Request Form for Computing Username and Primary Account" is replaced by the following three new "Service Desk" forms during the week of 8/31:
