Certificate Client Update

If you are the system administrator for your desktop/laptop, please follow the instructions here for Windows, Mac, and Linux to update the client you use to obtain you KCA certificate by 11/16/2009. If you receive automatic security updates – such as patches – on your computer, your client will automatically receive the necessary update, and you do not need to take any action.

More than just a help desk, the Service Desk serves as the single point of contact for users to report IT incidents or request routine IT services or assistance.

Service Request/Report a New Incident

Click here to submit a Service Desk ticket or add info to an existing ticket
- In order to submit a ticket, you will need your "Services Account" username/password. More Information about your "Services Account".
- Still having trouble submitting a ticket via the web? Call Service Desk at x2345!
