Microsoft Outlook 2007Outlook 2007 is the Microsoft Office email, calendar & file sharing all in one application. Coupled with use of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you have the full suite of capabilities at your disposal. You need to migrate your existing Fermilab email accounts and settings to the new Microsoft Exchange Server. These pages are intended to guide the individual user through the migration process. Existing Outlook usersIf you are an existing user of Outlook, you should setup your Exchange account in Outlook 2007. You can have both your IMAP account and Exchange Account setup in Outlook 2007 with no problem. Your next step is moving your IMAP and local email, address book, and calendar information to the Exchange Server. Once this is done, you can delete/remove the IMAP account from Outlook 2007. Please follow the last 2 migration/setup links. Outlook Express usersIf you are using Outlook Express, you first need to migrate to Outlook 2007. Once that is complete, you should then setup your Exchange account in Outlook 2007. You can have both your IMAP account and Exchange Account setup in Outlook 2007 with no problem.
