VPN Help!
Server Support
The site VPN server is maintaned by the Computing Division Data Communications
and Network group. To report problems regarding the server please call the Computing Division Helpdesk at ext 2345.
Client Support
Though the VPN client software is provided by Data Comm, they are not responsible for any client issues.
There are several avenues for seeking help though-
- Check with your local support admin.
- Send email to the vpn-users list. This is a list specifically designed to discuss issues with the site VPN.
