Conference Room Procedures

Step 1.) Reserve a Fermilab video conference room.

If applicable make sure your colleagues at remote locations have made proper room arrangements.

Step 2.) Go to Room List and select the conference room you have reserved to see the connecting instructions.                               

On-site conference rooms technical assistance is often provided by a point-of-contact from each division or section.

For problems or questions about a specific location contact the appropriate person from Room Contact List.
