VRVS Instructions
1.
Using user-provided computer or laptop open browser to VRVS url: www.vrvs.org. Login into your user account and select
the virtual room designated by meeting convener.

Login into your user account and select the virtual room designated by meeting
convener.

Select the Client Set Up tab. Check “H.323” Client Type. In
the “HostIP/Alias” field
enter ip
address of your H.323 client. To find the ip address of a
Polycom system: using the remote control left/right arrow keys
At the main menu, highlight “System Info”
and press enter.
4.
Then select the “Main” tab. Press the green “Connect H.323”
button. VRVS will automatically connect to the Polycom system.
5.
To end video conference press green
<call/hang-up> button twice.
