Fermilab video conference rooms are equipped with video conferencing systems that are registered with the ECS gatekeeper for multipoint (or bridging) capability. Note that the ECS video resources are reservationless. The convener of the meeting can create a dial-in number.

Example:

All ECS-registered sites wishing to connect will dial 858378 for 85Test. Whereas 85=ECS service prefix and 8378=Test on a phone keypad. ECS prefixes are 85 and 88 for Standard Definition (SD) and 75 and 78 for High Definition (HD)

Using Video Collaboration Services

You may have colleagues that need to connect into your video meetings by telephone:
They may dial into the ECS gateway by dialing

At the prompt enter the conference ID# followed by the pound sign #.
