1) Date of teleconference, include frequency if repeating
2) Start time
3) Duration
4) # of ports/callers
5) Brief title
6) email address to whom meeting information should be sent.

Caveats for the audio bridge:
o One caller must dial in within the first thirty minutes of the scheduled start time of the meeting or the port resources will be reallocated.
o If you are still conversing at the scheduled end time the bridge will auto-extend in fifteen minute increments.
o All callers must dial the audio bridge located in Berkeley, California. No toll free calls are available from ESnet.
