Using WRQ Reflection to import Kerberos certificates into NetIdMgr

This procedure assumes that you have already created your ccache file through WRQ Reflection.

The KRB5CCNAME environment will need to be set to point to the ccache file that you will be creating with the WRQ procedure.

  1. Open the NetIdMgr interface and click Options, then click Kerberos v5…

  2. In the tree on the left, select Credentials Cache.

  3. Type c:\Documents and Settings\username\krb5.fermi-win.cc in the Browse box and click Add.

  4. In the tree on the left, under Identities, click username@FERMI.WIN.FNAL.GOV:

  5. Click the Kerberos v5 tab.

  6. In the Credential Cache box type:
    C:\Documents and Settings\username\krb5.fermi-win.cc
    and click OK.

  7. Click OK again to close the dialog.

  8. Click File then click Exit to close NetIdMgr.

  9. Re-launch NetIdMgr.

You will now be able to obtain your WRQ tickets using NetIdMgr.
