Adding a TCP/IP Printer in Windows 2000
Contents: Installing the Print Driver | Recommended Settings
Standalone workstations and servers may require the ability to print directly to a networked printer. This document describes the configuration of an LPR based printer in Windows 2000. You will need the IP address or DNS name of the printer as well as access to the W2000 distribution media and administrative access to the workstation or server.
