Meeting Maker Support
1. To help the Meeting Maker user community at Fermilab, we have created a mail list:
- mm-users@fnal.gov
This list exists so users can post questions share ideas and tips with other Meeting Maker users at Fermilab. Please subscribe to mm-users@fnal.gov if your are interested in this service.
You can do this by sending email to listserv@fnal.gov with a blank subject line and the body of the message reading "subscribe mm-users" - without the quotes.
2. Fermilab has a maintenance contract with Meeting Maker that provides support for the Meeting Maker product. This contract allows all Fermiliab users that have a valid ‘@fnal.gov’ e-mail address access to Meeting Maker's FAQs and on-line support for ‘how-to’ questions on Meeting Maker.
Users can sign-up and get a Meeting Maker support access account that allows them to post questions to the Meeting Maker support center.
To post questions or obtain a Meeting Maker support account go to:http://connect.meetingmaker.com/support/default.cfm. Click on the "Need a password" link.
3. Fill out a computing Division Help desk ticket with the problem.
