Site Calendar Service

Meeting Maker is a site calendar service that is both fully featured and easy to use. The Meeting Maker Native client will run on both Windows and Mac (OSX) platforms while the HTML client will run on any browser. Those who prefer to use Microsoft Outlook as their calendar will appreciate the Outlook Connector, which syncronizes Microsoft Outlook to Meeting Maker. This enables scheduling from within the Outlook application and also allows Pocket PC devices that syncronize with Meeting Maker through Outlook. Installers

• NOTE: To avoid potential problems Users must install Meeting Maker/The palm Conduits/The MMCO as the account that uses it. Also to install, that account must be in the local administrators group. The account does NOT need to be in the local administrators group to run the applications.
• NOTE: Palm desktop 6.2 is not compatible with the current Meeting Maker conduits. It will be resolved in the next version of the palm conduits according to Meeting Maker.
• NOTE: Meeting Maker 8.62 for the Mac is NOT supported under Leopard (even though it may function).
• NOTE: The Meeting Maker Connector for Outlook has a bug where synced appointments are off by 1 hour after the time change. Meeting Maker is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
• NOTE: The Meeting Maker Connector for Outlook is not supported with Exchange. See the FAQ HERE for more information.
• 8.62 is the current stable version of the native client.
• 8.6 is the current stable version of the Palm conduits for both the Windows and MAC platform.
• 8.62 is the current stable version of the Outlook connector (MMCO) for Windows.
• 8.63 is the current stable version of the HTML web client for all platforms.
