Getting Help
There are two ways to get help for email related problems. You may try browsing our online
Frequently Asked Questions page or you can open up a request through the
Computing Division Helpdesk. This system has been created to provide users with
the guarantee that:
- a member of the email response team will be contacted in cases of emergency.
- answers will be provided in a timely fashion.
- User's messages and Support responses are archived and tracked.
