CPT documents regarding our group

Lucas Taylor is compiling a document describing the work plan for the CPT (Computing, Physics, and Trigger) group. Since the prs groups (that's us) are a part of this group, we need to contribute to this document. It will serve as a back up document for the first CMS presentation to the CERN RRB (i.e. agencies and CERN directorate) where we will present our plans for an Interim Memorandum of Understanding to cover funding for Software and Computing (April 23/24).
